About

In 20 years of working with tuition-charging schools, I’ve wondered why some schools are thriving, while others point to declining enrollment and changing economic conditions as reasons for their shrinking enrollment, leading to mergers or worse, closures.

What I’ve discovered is that it’s not all about the money, as some people claim.

It’s also not all about the quality of the education.

And it’s not only about the leadership of the school, and the dynamic between the school board and the head of school.

It’s all about ALL of it, which can be described as, “The Experience.” All things, working together, as a system.

Therefore, if you want to see your organization advance, grow and become sustainable, you must first change your mindset and start to think systemically!

Remember, “All things work together for the good of those who love God” (Romans 8:28).
